Dealing with Telstra is frustrating on the phone as all the call centres seem to have foreign customer service operators who do not usually understand what you are asking and transfer you to other departments which can not help you either so a simple query can take a long time and you still end up with no answers often...

Terrible, long phone delays or they cut you off. Never fix a problem and then they send out confusing mail in the post about something they should have fixed/changed and its still the same! Online enquiries never get dealt with either
